Bethel Metropolitan Missionary Baptist Church offers all of its high school graduates the opportunity to apply for a four-year $500 scholarship. Eligibility requirements are listed in the application, which is available at the church’s administrative office. To receive the first installment of $250, fall grades must be submitted by December 31 st. The second installment of $250 will be distributed immediately after receiving spring semester grades by May 31 st. This is not a competitive scholarship.

Any Bethel Metropolitan high school senior who will be majoring in a field of science at a post-secondary institution is eligible to apply for the $1,000 Smith Scholarship. This is a competitive scholarship. One scholarship is awarded annually in June.

The Howard/Minton Scholarship is a $500 scholarship that is available to a Bethel Metropolitan high school senior who is interested in attending a post-secondary vocational or technical school and will be a nursing major. This is a competitive scholarship. One scholarship is awarded annually in June.
